Hypnotherapy for anxiety can help you feel in control of your life, allowing you to feel calm, confident, happy and present. It can support you to actually live your life, rather than feeling like you are simply existing, or waiting for things to get better.
How many sessions will I need?
This will depend on your individual needs. Expect around 4-6 sessions for lasting results.

Can I claim a rebate?
I am a Registered Professional Member with the Australian Society of Clinical Hypnotherapists. This means you can claim a rebate through some Private Health Funds. If you can't claim a rebate, some sessions may be claimable on tax.
