How do we do this? First, we need to understand you and your situation. Then we'll create a program tailored specifically for you, facilitating change, growth and healing as you require. We can work at a conscious, subconscious and energetic level, drawing on a range of tools and modalities. This may include one or more of hypnotherapy, coaching, counselling, energy healing, past life regression therapy, and soul based readings. My approach Applying an integrated approach, we have the opportunity to consider your development from the levels of mind, emotions, body, and soul, as feels right for you. My approach is both evidence based and intuitive, grounded, and very human. Can we do sessions both virtually and in person? Yes! We can work together in person, virtually (online via Zoom or a similar platform), or a combination of both. Virtual sessions (hypnotherapy and coaching) are a fantastic and flexible option when:
Virtual hypnotherapy sessions are safe and effective. Can I claim a rebate? I am a Registered Professional Member with the Australian Society of Clinical Hypnotherapists. This means you can claim a rebate through some Private Health Funds. If you can't claim a rebate, some sessions may be claimable on tax. Want to learn more?

Do you ever find yourself mentally listing all the things you ‘should do’? I’m guessing that any thoughts containing ‘should’ leave you feeling less energised, unenthusiastic, put-upon, obligated, perhaps resistant, even resentful. Your value is not what you do. Your value is who you are, and that is wonderful news, as your value is innate. In our desire to be of value, many of us link our value very closely with what we do, what qualifications we have, our job titles, our roles, and the list goes on. This can leave us either questioning our value, or constantly seeking the next qualification, enrolling in the next course, feeling we need to do more, we need to get promoted, or we need to act to demonstrate our value. The benefit of shifting from 'THE' path to 'A' path
We often have moments in life that we feel the need to choose a path, a direction, a way forward. This happens throughout our lives. These moments can be confusing and we can feel very unsure of which direction to go. We may even feel that there’s a ‘RIGHT path’, or that we need to find ‘THE path’. This binary mindset, or sense of there being a ‘right’ and a ‘wrong’ path creates a false dichotomy, and one which can leave us paralysed, procrastinating, anxious or stuck in indecision.
