Hypnotherapy is an evidence based approach that allows us to access the subconscious mind. By moving into a state of deep relaxation and heightened focus, we bypass the conscious mind to access the subconscious. This is a state where we are more open to suggestions, and receptive to making positive changes, overcoming obstacles, and addressing belief patterns and blocks that may be holding us back.
Hypnotherapy can support us to explore the subconscious mind in order to address, and to resolve various issues, as well as to increase motivation, clarity and direction in our lives. Hypnotherapy has been proven to help with changing behaviors, increasing self-awareness, managing pain, reducing stress, anxiety and depression, overcoming phobias and addictions, supporting weight and sleep issues, enhancing confidence and self-worth, and improving overall well-being.
Contrary to some misconceptions, hypnotherapy doesn't involve loss of control, or manipulation of a person's mind. Instead, it's a collaborative process where you remain in control. I will guide you, help you to explore your subconscious thoughts and beliefs, and provide suggestions aligned with your goals or desired changes, leveraging the heightened suggestibility of the subconscious mind during the hypnotic state.
