Harvest Coaching and Learning provides services in coaching, corporate training, workshop facilitation and learning & development, with a focus on developing the personal and professional capabilities that individuals and groups require for their current and future roles and lives, as well as their ongoing wellbeing.
I work with people who engage me privately, as well as with organisations that invest in the development of their employees.
To enable positive and sustainable change and learning through personal & professional growth and development. It was from this premise that Harvest Coaching & Learning was born.
What's in a Name?
Harvest Coaching & Learning was named with intent. Harvest is about change, growth and metamorphosis. Seeds must be cultivated with care.
Growth and change is a process that requires time, gestation (reflection and time to sit with new ideas) and quality nutrients (evidence based practice and tools).
My intent is to enable you to grow. Through the coaching process, we plant the seeds of change and cultivate them with care. We explore your goals and aspirations in a safe and supported space, allowing you to understand what is really important to you and how to achieve this. We weed out self-limiting beliefs that might be holding you back.
A Coaching Approach
Coaching is at the core of what I do, be this in one-on-one coaching sessions, in group coaching, or in the design, development and delivery of workshops and learning programs.
