Past life regression therapy utilises hypnotherapy to provide access to memories from previous incarnations. These memories are carried forward into this lifetime, and are stored in our subconscious mind. Some of these memories serve us well. Others can impact our current wellbeing, having the potential to perpetuate unhelpful beliefs, patterns of behaviour, emotions, fears, phobias, and physical ailments.
Through exploration of past lives, we have the opportunity to target an issue at its origin, allowing the opportunity for healing. By reframing the experiences and their impacts under hypnosis, we can create energetic change, and provide opportunity to make conscious choices around what we would like to keep, and what we would like to change.
Whilst there are many beliefs around the existence of past lives, the good news is that you don't actually have to believe in past lives for this process to have benefit.
Past Life Regression therapy is offered in two formats:
1. Exploratory Past Life Regression These sessions are for those who are coming from a place of curiosity. You may not have a specific issue you want to work on, but rather, you may simply be interested to learn more about your soul's journey. As the name suggests, these sessions are exploratory in nature.
Allow up to 2.5 hours.
2. Specific Past Life Regression Therapy Specific past life regression therapy sessions are conducted as a part your healing journey, supporting you to explore a lifetime when a specific issue, belief or ailment originated. We then have the opportunity to transform this, shifting the beliefs and perception around the experience, and in turn shifting the emotions and energetic charge of the experience, allowing the opportunity to heal.
